RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

· All returns and field-destroy requests must be pre-approved by Axle & Lux. Approved requests will receive an RMA Form containing the RMA number, authorized units, and return instructions.

· All returned merchandise must include a copy of the RMA Form.

· Axle & Lux’s liability is limited to the provisions outlined in the Axle & Lux Limited Warranty.

· Customers must provide complete product information, including fixture model number, purchase order number, reason for return, and photos of defective merchandise when requested.

· Failure to follow RMA instructions may result in denied credits.

· Credits are issued only after all required information is received, including returned merchandise when applicable.

· Any applicable charges will automatically appear on the return credit note.

2. RETURNS OF CONFORMING MERCHANDISE

· Merchandise must be new, unused, in resalable condition, in the original packaging, with no missing parts, and never installed.

· Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer.

· A 25% restocking fee applies.

· Failure to follow return instructions may result in denied credits.

3. FIELD DESTROY OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

· Customers must provide clear photos showing ALL defective parts and fixtures.

· Axle & Lux may request additional documentation before issuing credit.

4. MERCHANDISE INSPECTION & WARRANTY VALIDATION

Submitting merchandise under an approved RMA acknowledges that the following conditions will void the Warranty and result in denial of credit:

1. Damage or defects caused by misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modification.

2. Returned merchandise does not exhibit the claimed defect.

3. Merchandise was returned without prior RMA approval.

5. RMA VALIDITY

· RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

· If required photos or merchandise are not received within this period, a new RMA request must be submitted.
